Construction is currently underway at 68 sites in Talas region, with a number of major infrastructure projects underway.

The region also maintains trade and economic ties with 55 countries.

Particular attention was paid to road conditions at the meeting. With the support of President Sadyr Japarov’s Stabilization Fund, 28 kilometers of roads in Talas are being paved ahead of schedule.

At the same time, deficiencies in certain areas were noted at the meeting. Heads of state agencies and local government bodies were instructed to promptly address these issues.

Ermat Dzhumaev emphasized the need to strengthen the accountability of local leaders and ensure the high-quality and timely completion of projects.

It was previously announced that the main celebrations in honor of the 35th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan’s independence will be held on September 11-12 in Talas. Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev visited the region in July and inspected the progress of the work, noting that the social facilities would be opened by Independence Day.
