The arch at the entrance to the region, featuring a monument to Manas, is also being reconstructed. The surrounding area will be landscaped, and modern lighting and rest benches will be installed.
Additionally, 36 kilometers of power lines will be laid from the village of Taldy-Bulak to the arch at the entrance to Talas region via the Otmok Pass. At least 750 lighting systems are planned for this section.
According to Ermat Dzhumaev, the lighting of the main road should improve traffic safety and reduce the risk of accidents, as well as improve the appearance of the entrance to the region.
