At least 671,000 adapted textbooks on the subject «Russian Language and Reading» were handed over to educational institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic for students of the first, second and fifth grades of schools with Russian and Kyrgyz languages ​​of instruction. The supply included educational literature developed taking into account the educational programs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Foundation indicated.

According to the director of My History Foundation, Ivan Esin, Russian textbooks have been supplied to schools in Kyrgyzstan for the second year in a row, and this year their volume has been increased. The textbooks were prepared by a joint team of authors and adapted to local educational programs.

Such projects help create conditions for high-quality learning of the Russian language and strengthen educational and humanitarian ties between countries, the statement says.
