The enterprise is being created to improve the quality of veterinary services and provide incentives for veterinarians.

«At the initial stage, about 1,500 private veterinarians are expected to join the new state enterprise. They will carry out government assignments, including vaccinating animals, collecting blood samples and performing relevant veterinary procedures,» the ministry said.

Veterinarians who perform government assignments properly and on time will receive salaries. In addition, specialists will be able to earn payments from citizens for providing veterinary services.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, veterinarians will receive salaries of 30,000–40,000 soms. Additional performance-based bonuses are also planned, with total income potentially reaching 100,000 soms.

The draft resolution on establishing the Mal Aman state enterprise is currently being coordinated with relevant government agencies.
