The amendments were made to Cabinet Resolution No. 302 of May 31, 2025.
The list now includes fees for registering mobile devices in the state communications equipment identification system. The State Committee for National Security (SCNS) has been designated as the recipient of these funds.
The SCNS will also receive funds from paid services provided through the Unified External Migration Records System.
A significant part of the amendments concerns the Ministry of Transport and Communications and its subordinate agencies. Special accounts may receive:
fees for the use of public roads by vehicles transporting special and indivisible cargo;
fees for weighing vehicles and measuring their maximum dimensions and other parameters;
payments to compensate for damage caused to roads by heavy and oversized vehicles;
fees for leasing land plots within the right-of-way and roadside zones of public roads.
These revenues will be classified as income of the relevant transport agencies and subordinate institutions.
Another amendment concerns water users. The list will include payments amounting to at least 20 percent of the revenue from the sale of agricultural products grown using water-saving irrigation systems.
The document also provides for the possibility of transferring funds from subordinate institutions and organizations of the Ministry of Transport and Communications to the agency’s central office.
The resolution will come into force in 10 days.
