The land is located within contour No. 3470 in the territory of Ala-Buga aiyl aimak.

According to the resolution, the land will be transformed to provide citizens with equivalent plots in exchange for those expropriated for public and state needs in connection with the construction of China—Kyrgyzstan—Uzbekistan railway.

The Ak-Tala district administration has been instructed to amend the land documentation, develop and approve urban planning documents, ensure the designated use of the plots and provide the necessary infrastructure.

In developing the territory, the authorities should also take into account seismic safety requirements, drainage of rainwater and meltwater, environmental protection, sanitary standards and the protection of historical and cultural heritage sites.

If archaeological sites are discovered on the plots, an archaeologist should be involved in any earthworks and construction activities.

The resolution will enter into force in 10 days.
