The drones are being used to ensure compliance with environmental legislation. Specialists are conducting patrols to:

prevent waste from being dumped in unauthorized areas;

monitor compliance with fire safety regulations;

Administrative measures will be taken against citizens who violate the park’s environmental regulations in accordance with Kyrgyzstan’s legislation.

Two new facilities — an entrance arch and a checkpoint — are also being built in the Kyrgyz-Ata State Nature Park. The facilities are expected to help regulate vehicle access, strengthen monitoring and improve the park’s appearance.

The Kyrgyz-Ata State Nature Park is located in Nookat district of Osh region. It was established in 1992 to preserve the unique juniper forests of the Pamir-Alay.
