- Основным источником финансирования строительства стал республиканский бюджет: 76 699,2 млрд сомов (рост в 1,7 раза).
- Иностранные инвестиции выросли в 3,1 раза до 41 932,2 млрд сомов, при этом прямые иностранные инвестиции увеличились в 15,3 раза.
- Наибольшие объемы инвестиций направлены на транспорт и хранение (рост в 4,5 раза), образование (в 2,1 раза), энергоснабжение (в 1,8 раза).
In July, the volume of completed construction work reached 36,409.7 billion soms, up 1.2 times year-on-year.
The level of implementation of investment in fixed capital over the first seven months of 2026 amounted to 238,316.9 billion soms, 1.6 times higher than the figure recorded a year earlier.
In July alone, 33,889 billion soms in capital investments were utilized, an increase of 1.3 times compared with July 2025.
The bulk of capital investment came from domestic sources, which totaled 196,384.7 billion soms, or 82.4 percent of the total. This figure increased 1.4 times.
The main sources of construction financing were:
Republican budget: 76,699.2 billion soms, up 1.7 times;
Household funds: 56,313.2 billion soms, up 1.3 times;
Enterprise funds: 45,411.1 billion soms, up 1.1 times;
Bank loans: 14,205.9 billion soms, up 4.3 times.
Foreign investment increased 3.1 times to 41,932.2 billion soms, accounting for 17.6 percent of total investment.
The main factor was a sharp increase in foreign direct investment, which rose 15.3 times to 32,860.7 billion soms. Foreign grants and humanitarian assistance increased 1.6 times to 4,724.8 billion soms, while foreign loans declined 1.9 times to 4,346.7 billion soms.
The largest amounts of investment were directed toward infrastructure and social construction:
Transportation and storage: investment increased 4.5 times to 3,.814.1 billion soms;
Education: funding increased 2.1 times to 12,96.75 billion soms;
Energy supply: investment increased 1.8 times to 12,512.4 billion soms;
Healthcare and social services: investment increased 1.8 times to 2,370.3 billion soms;
Arts, entertainment and recreation: investment increased 1.8 times to 6,949 billion soms.
Investment declined in mining 1.4 times to 16,543.2 billion soms, in manufacturing 1.2 times to 9,324.9 billion soms, and in information and communications 1.9 times to 2,016.4 billion soms.
In addition, during the first seven months of 2026, capital and routine repairs of facilities worth a total of 7,909.6 billion soms were carried out in Kyrgyzstan. Enterprises financed 44 percent of the amount, the republican budget covered 32.5 percent, and local budgets — 22.3 percent.
