It was reported that Marlen Mamataliev supported the initiative, noting that relevant agreements on the issue had already been reached.

Representatives of the Kyrgyz community also proposed intensifying cultural and humanitarian cooperation, organizing Kyrgyz Culture Days, developing academic exchange programs, and supporting creative youth initiatives.

Special attention was paid to preserving cultural heritage among the children of labor migrants.

In this regard, Marlen Mamataliev backed a project aimed at promoting national arts among younger generations, including support for a music teacher through the provision of musical instruments — 10 komuzes, 10 ooz komuzes, and 10 flutes.

In addition, it was noted that 20 quotas are planned to be allocated for children of labor migrants to rest in children’s camps in Kyrgyzstan.
