According to the data, the largest share of juvenile crimes are thefts (35.1 percent), robberies (18.4 percent), fraud (8.6 percent), and vehicle theft (8.3 percent).
During the reporting period, 599 minors were affected by criminal offenses. The highest proportion of child victims were recorded in theft cases (18.7 percent), acts of a sexual nature (12.9 percent), rape (11.4 percent), robbery (8.5 percent), and fraud (5.8 percent).
As a result of criminal incidents, 27 children were killed and 130 sustained injuries.
Most crimes against minors were recorded in Bishkek (28.9 percent), followed by Jalal-Abad region (19 percent), Osh (12.7 percent), Chui region (11.4 percent), and Issyk-Kul region (9.3 percent).
The report also notes that 5,232 crimes were committed against women during the same period. Of these, 48.2 percent were fraud-related and 25 percent involved theft.
Additionally, 952 crimes were recorded against elderly citizens, including fraud, theft, and the illegal transfer or sale of electronic payment tools, virtual asset wallets, and SIM cards.
