The total area of commissioned individual homes increased by 6.1 percent compared with the same period in 2025.

The largest share of investment is concentrated in private ownership, where total investments across all housing categories amounted to 75,636 billion soms. Individual housing construction continues to account for a significant portion of these investments, supporting steady growth in the sector.

Bishkek recorded the highest growth rate, increasing the volume of commissioned housing space by 40.4 percent.

Strong positive dynamics were also reported in Batken region, where the indicator rose by 16.5 percent, and Naryn region, with growth of 13.1 percent.

At the same time, several regions saw a decline in construction activity. The most significant decreases were recorded in Issyk-Kul region and Talas region, where housing construction volumes fell by 24.4 percent and 24.8 percent, respectively.

Jalal-Abad region registered a slight decrease of 5 percent.

The concentration of investment in Bishkek reflects continued urbanization and strong demand for housing in the capital.

Growth in Batken and Naryn regions indicates the impact of regional development programs.

The decline in resort and high-altitude areas may be linked to seasonal factors and the redistribution of public investment toward major infrastructure projects, which are currently shaping the country’s construction market.
